We act as your European accounts team working closely with the parent company team to provide an efficient practical service.
We act in the same way an Internal European Controller would, involving the specialised expertise of other advisors when it is needed. This maybe on complicated VAT and duty issues, stock option issues, or on transfer pricing where knowledge of the worldwide position is essential.
We also carry out audits on taxation services as required in each country.
Our group, whilst having no common ownership, is bound by a common charter of performance. We meet, as a minimum, on a quarterly basis to discuss issues and are in regular contact on client issues throughout the year.
All of the member firms are experienced in dealing with International companies and may have backgrounds either with big 4 accounting firms or in industry with international companies.
Between our member firms we have helped some 400 companies to establish a foothold in Europe and then expand into new European territories.
